Valid forms of ID include:

  • State Issued Identification Card

A:

  • Headphones, keyboard and mouse
  • Any handheld video game system, such as a Nintendo DS or Sony PSP
  • Personal notebook computer
Note: Participants will not be able to use their personal computers in competition

Q: Are you providing food and drinks?
A: Yes, we will provide donuts in the morning and pizza for lunch. Because we cannot predict the number of participants, be sure to bring some money to fight off the thirst and hunger pangs. There are several restaurants and fast food establishments near WT's campus.

Q: Are there prizes for the winners?
A: Prizes for the tournament are based on the amount of sponsorship we receive, and therefore change from tournament to tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the first place participants for each of the three games being played in the tournament on November 21, 2009.

Q: How long will the tournament last?
A: This will depend on how many individuals sign up.  We will also offer a 'free play' session at the end of the tournament to give you all the opportunity to play more matches.

Q: How many matches will I get to play?
A: The number of matches each participant will get to play will depend on the number of people that enter the tournament. The more people that compete the less time we will have to allow participants to play multiple matches.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of individuals who will be allowed to play?
A: Yes, unfortunately we don't have unlimited resources or tournament licenses so we will limit participation. This means that you should arrive at 9am for the Nov. 21, 2009 tournament in order to secure your spot in a bracket.

Q: How do I get to the tournament?
